It's the end of the 21st century an a new modified human race "the hemophages" possess enormous speed, stamina and intelligence. the government sees this growing group of outlaws as an threat and wants to exterminate them. The rebel leader Violet wants to protect her kind and does whatever it takes. With her fighting skills and Chameleon like characteristics she tries to find the weapon where they want to destroy the hemophages with.
