Director F.W. Murnau wants to make Nosferatu the most realistic an appalling horror movie ever. He hires a real vampire Max Schreck. As payment Murnau promises Max the blood of the female main role player, with the condition that he can subdue his temper till the end. Murnau convinces the rest of the crew that Max is a normal actor who's incredibly good at being his part but then some of them start to disappear. Will Murnau succeed to finish his masterpiece or will this production go down because of his drive for perfection?
