Just before Blade was born, his mother was bitten by a vampire which killed her. Blade survived but became a vampire who belongs to the vampire world but also to the human world. He vows to protect the humans from the creatures that killed his mother. Together with vampire hunter Abraham Whistler he starts a crusade against the upcoming danger. He stand eye to eye with the vampire leader Deacon Frost. But Deacon isn't his only enemy.
